This website (blacklabs.company) is an informational site. It does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising technologies, and it contains no forms that collect personal information. Our hosting provider records standard technical server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type) for security and operational purposes only.
The BLACK AGENT product
BLACK AGENT is an on-premises AI assistant deployed on hardware inside a customer organization's own infrastructure. Its privacy model is fundamentally different from cloud AI services:
- Processing location. The language model, document indexes, conversations and uploaded files are processed and stored on the customer's own appliance. Black Labs LLC has no access to this data and operates no central service that receives it.
- Microsoft 365 access. Where a customer connects BLACK AGENT to Microsoft 365 (email, tasks, directory), access is granted by the customer's own administrators through their Microsoft Entra ID tenant, using Microsoft's standard consent framework. Sign-in credentials are handled by Microsoft; BLACK AGENT never sees user passwords. Access tokens are stored on the customer's appliance.
- No training on your data. Customer data is not used to train models — the model serving the organization runs locally and is not updated by customer content.
- Data ownership. All data processed by a customer's BLACK AGENT deployment remains the property of that customer and can be deleted by the customer's administrators at any time.
What Black Labs receives
In the course of a customer relationship we receive ordinary business information — contract details, contact persons, support correspondence. We do not receive the content processed by a customer's deployment. Support access to an appliance, where contractually agreed, occurs only through channels controlled and supervised by the customer.
